Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor who is well known for his role in the tv show Law & Order Special Victims Unit. Since his college days, Meloni was interested in the field of acting. He then studied at The University of Colorado at Boulder. His television characters have earned him plenty of recognition. He has the ability to portray two characters, one from the perspective of the police as well as the other. This is the reason that has made him so popular.
